Custom Coin Pricing & Production Policy

At CD Laser Art, every custom coin is created with precision, professional-grade laser engraving equipment, and attention to detail. Our pricing reflects more than the cost of materials. It includes years of experience, specialized equipment, design expertise, machine operation, and the time required to deliver a quality finished product.

We believe in transparent pricing so you know exactly what goes into your custom order.

How We Price Our Work

Our displayed prices cover the essential setup, equipment operation, and production costs associated with creating your custom design. Each coin requires professional laser equipment, electricity, machine maintenance, and careful operation.

Artwork & Design Services

• AI-Generated Artwork or Customer Provided Vector (SVG, AI, EPS): Setup included in your project pricing.
• Vectorization & Simple Artwork Cleanup: $35 flat fee (includes up to 30 minutes of work).
• Custom Design & Advanced Artwork: $125 per hour for detailed illustration, complex artwork modifications, extensive design work, or reconstruction of artwork requiring professional design expertise.

Customer-supplied artwork must be engraving-ready to avoid additional design charges. Any additional design fees will be communicated before work begins.

Processing & Production Times

Standard processing times vary based on the number of coins ordered:

• 1–4 Coins: 5–7 business days.
• 5–9 Coins: 8–10 business days (an additional 3 business days).
• 10 or More Coins: Please contact us for custom pricing and estimated production times. A custom quote is needed for all orders of 10 or more coins before purchasing.

Production timelines begin once artwork is approved and payment is received. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Rush Orders (48 Hours or Less): Additional $50

Rush production is subject to availability and must be approved before an order is placed. The rush fee covers expedited production and scheduling.

UPS Ground shipping is included. If delivery requires a faster shipping method, additional expedited shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
